Complaints Procedure – Oogzorg Veldhoven
At Oogzorg Veldhoven, we strive to provide careful and professional assistance with driving licence examinations and dry eye treatments. However, there may be occasions when you are not completely satisfied with our services. We believe it is important that you can raise your complaint and that it is handled seriously and carefully.
1. Discuss your complaint with us
If you have a complaint or concern, we encourage you to discuss it with us directly. Often, a solution can be found together.

We aim to address your complaint within 14 days of receipt and provide an appropriate solution.
2. Not satisfied with the handling of your complaint?
If you are not satisfied with the way your complaint has been handled, or if a resolution cannot be reached with us, you may refer your complaint to an independent complaints officer.
Retina Eye Care B.V. is affiliated with the complaints program of ZZP Nederland. Through this scheme, you are entitled to:
Guidance from an independent complaints officer
Careful and confidential handling of your complaint
Referral to a recognised dispute resolution body if necessary
